The 2024 AGM of the YLCGA Ltd will be held on Friday 15 November 2024 at Pavilions of Harrogate starting at 11.00

All Members of the Yorkshire Ladies’ County Golf Association Ltd are invited to attend the
Annual General Meeting, including ONE DELEGATE from each Club

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING REGARDING THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

There is no restriction on numbers, all your ladies are invited.

Free parking is available at Pavilions of Harrogate, at the Great Yorkshire Showground. Delegates wishing to go into Harrogate may leave their cars at Pavilions and travel by bus. The bus stop is just outside the gates

The Meeting will start at 11.00 am

SUITABLY SPORTY will be selling a selection of golfing gifts and accessories

It would be appreciated if delegates and members would wear badges indicating name and club

Coffee and tea will be available before the meeting (9.45 a.m. – 11.00 a.m.

A light lunch (sandwiches, cakes/pastries and coffee/tea) is available at Pavilions at a cost of £15.50 per person, payable in advance.

The Annual General Meeting is defined as a Delegates Meeting. However, there will not be an opportunity for Club Delegates to have a discussion forum during the formal meeting.

Any issued raised under Any Other Business at the AGM will be carried forward for discussion at the next Delegates Meeting to be held in 2025. Please refer to the YLCGA website www.ylcga.org.uk nearer the time for an update.
