Handicap Secretary's

Please contact the County Handicap Adviser with your CONGU, WHS, Rules of Golf or Competition queries.

I hope you are all enjoying this lovely weather, and looking forward to the day we can return to our lush green courses (and returning some amazing qualifying scores).
Despite the current Covid-19 problems, we still expect that the new WHS will be introduced on 2nd November 2020. However, due to the current problems, the offices at England Golf are closed. This will result in a delay to the expected delivery date for our course rating/slope rating certificates of roughly 3 to 6 weeks (dependant on Government guidance).
It is still expected that players will be able to view their predicted transition handicap from October, alongside their low handicap index.

Please accept my apologies to those who were booked in for the WHS seminar to be held at Hessle Golf Club: cancelled due to the virus. There will be more education to follow; both for Committees and members. In the meantime, please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
